Single rooms and accent walls

Interior painting
A room, a ceiling, the trim, or touch-ups before you move. Careful prep, clean lines and no mess left behind.

Not every paint job needs a painting crew for a week. Sometimes it’s one bedroom before a new baby arrives, a hallway scuffed by bikes and strollers, the trim and doors in a few rooms, or a ceiling with a stain. Sometimes it’s touch-ups before a move, so the place looks right for the next people.
We paint rooms, ceilings, trim and doors in homes across Burnaby, and we fix the wall before we paint it. Holes and cracks get filled and sanded, glossy surfaces get scuffed and primed, furniture gets moved and covered, and edges get cut in by hand for clean lines.
What’s included
Bedrooms, nurseries, offices and feature walls, walls prepped and two coats applied.
Ceilings repainted, including stain-blocking primer over old water marks.
Semi-gloss on doors, casing and baseboards, sanded between coats.
Holes, dents and cracks filled and sanded first, so they don’t show through.
Scuffs and patched spots painted so a home is ready to hand over or list.
Simple advice on finishes and how a colour reads in Burnaby’s grey winter light.

The difference between a paint job that looks professional and one that doesn’t is almost all in the prep. We move furniture to the middle of the room and cover it, put drop cloths down, remove outlet and switch plates, fill and sand, and spot-prime repairs.
Then we cut in by hand along ceilings and trim, roll the walls in even sections, and apply a second coat once the first is dry. At the end we put the plates back, pull the tape, move the furniture back and vacuum.
Choosing the right sheen matters as much as the colour.

Condo painting comes with a few extra steps: booking the elevator for materials, keeping the hallway clean and working within the building’s hours. We bring low-odour paint and keep windows open where we can, which matters in a sealed tower suite in winter.
For landlords and tenants, we often paint between tenancies. A fresh coat over patched nail holes is one of the quickest ways to get a unit ready to show.

FAQ
We can, or we can use paint you’ve already bought. If you have the original colour name or a leftover can, it makes touch-ups match much better.
Yes. If a touch-up won’t blend because the old paint has faded, we’ll tell you, and usually suggest painting the full wall from corner to corner.
Our focus is rooms, ceilings, trim and touch-ups, often alongside other jobs on your list. Ask about bigger painting work and we’ll tell you honestly whether it suits a handyman booking.
Most modern interior paints are dry to the touch quickly, but we suggest waiting until the next day before pushing furniture against fresh walls.
