New-suite setups
TVs, shelves and furniture for people moving into the new towers.
Lougheed, Burnaby
Repairs, installs, assembly, carpentry, painting and outdoor fixes for Lougheed homes. One visit, as much of your list as we can.

Lougheed is the town centre on Burnaby’s eastern edge, built around Lougheed Town Centre and its SkyTrain station, where the Expo and Millennium Lines meet.
A wave of new towers is going up around the mall, next to established low-rise condos and townhouse complexes from the 1970s through the 1990s on the surrounding streets.
Most of our work in Lougheed happens in condos and townhouses. That means elevator bookings, building rules about noise and working hours, concrete or steel-stud walls, and compact rooms where every shelf and cabinet needs to earn its space.
Send us your list and we’ll handle the whole thing in one visit: TVs mounted, furniture built, holes patched, doors adjusted and touch-ups done, with the hallway protected and the mess taken away.
Common jobs in Lougheed
TVs, shelves and furniture for people moving into the new towers.
Interior and closet doors adjusted, re-hung and fitted with new hardware.
Settling cracks and old anchor holes patched and painted.
Patio and entry door seals replaced before the wet season.

Around Lougheed we often split a day between a new tower and an older townhouse a few blocks away, so morning or afternoon slots are easy to book. In the townhouses, we work from the garage or patio to keep dust out of living areas.
Local tip for Lougheed
If you live in an older complex near Lougheed, worn weatherstripping on sliding patio doors is the most common cause of winter drafts. It’s a quick fix to add to any visit.
Typical lists
Three lists we see again and again. Yours will be different, and that’s fine.
Mount the TV, hang two floating shelves, build a bed frame and a wardrobe, put up curtain rods in the bedroom and anchor the dresser. A typical first week in a new Lougheed suite.
Patch the anchor holes from the TV and shelves, touch up scuffed walls, re-caulk the tub, adjust the closet doors and tighten loose handles before the inspection.
Fix the door that won’t latch, replace damaged baseboard by the entry, hang the mirror that has leaned against the wall since spring and paint the hallway.
